Founded in 2009, Big Table is a non-profit that cares for restaurant and hospitality workers in crisis. Big Table changes individual lives and builds community through timely interventions, intentional relationships, and transformational care.
Big Table is the only non-profit in the country focused on providing both triage crisis care and ongoing coaching and support for restaurant and hospitality workers in need. Big Table works with each person individually to respond to what is most urgent, while helping them uncover and resolve deeper issues. Once the initial crisis has passed, Big Table continues to walk alongside individuals – offering accountability and encouragement.

- Big Table builds a network of managers, owners, employees and patrons across the industry in the communities where they serve.
- People in this network are encouraged to submit personal referrals when they see someone in crisis at big-table.com/refer.
- Big Table moves quickly to meet an immediate crisis with the goal of keeping a family or individual from falling off the ledge.
